KASYRIS 

​​​​​​​​Joel is the Director of Occupational Therapy at the Family Health Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Founder of Kasyris Management and Consulting. 

He specializes in hand rehabilitation, splint fabrication, dry needling, and lymphedema management.

Nathalie graduated from Western Michigan University with a Master of Science in occupational therapy, holds a certificate in Holistic Health and Wellness, and is currently completing her second Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling at WMU. She is also a fellow with 300+ hours for interdisciplinary leadership training with the Michigan Leadership in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Institute, and participated as a member of I-PEER, an interdisciplinary education in evidence-based practices for behavioral health. Nathalie specializes in working with our pediatric patients. 

Sandin completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wayne State University and went on to complete his Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Michigan. He is certified in the McKenzie method and has experience working with children who have learning disabilities, as well as those on the autism spectrum.

McKenna graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy.

She completed Michigan Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (MI-LEND). Also, she is a proud member of the Michigan Occupational Therapy Association

She specializes in pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, pediatrics with a musculoskeletal focus, pain management, and functional movement training.​​

Charlene graduated from Western Michigan University with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She specializes in intensive rehabilitation with complex conditions, such as stroke and brain injuries with a focus on adults and geriatrics. The majority of her experience includes inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and outpatient rehabilitation for both adults and children.

Sarah earned her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistance from Jefferson College in 2015 and her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Michigan University in 2024. She specializes in nutrition education and has extensive experience in geriatric care, stroke rehabilitation and conditioning.

Krih is a dedicated member of the Kasyris Management and Consulting team. Known for her enthusiasm and well-rounded approach to patient care, Krih has a clinical interest in  and enjoys the treatment of upper extremity conditions. Her commitment to providing high-quality therapy and her passion for helping patients regain strength and functionality make her a valued asset to both her clients and colleagues.

April is the administrative assistant at our Alcott location. She makes calls, verifies insurance, helps administratively, and helps guarantee that our patients always leave with a smile.

Laura is the administrative assistant at our Patterson location. She makes calls, verifies insurance, helps administratively, and is passionate about making sure our patients receive the care they need.

Victoria works remotely performing a variety of tasks to support our director and team. She also manages our marketing strategies and outreach.
